Prices are set for streaming only commissions.
Live 2D prices are set for individual commercial use.Clients can only use the work within streaming platforms. (up to 3 platforms)
Full commercial commissions are +80% cost of the streaming commissions per artwork.
Prices may change over time.Projects I'm particularly interested in are character illustration, chibi illustration, live 2d model,
promotional posters, book/web novel cover, music video & visual novel CG & assets.

Terms of Service

-The client is 18 or above or has a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed below.- Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning and NFTs.- Clients agree to provide all required references and information before and during the process of the work.
Image references must be clear enough to check all the design details.- The commission will only be official once the payment has been made.- Clients agree to pay extra if they are requesting additional work in the middle of the process or request anything that wasn't discussed before I gave the final quote.
The client can either give up the request or pay for it. A full refund is only allowed when I fail to deliver within time.

Payment

- Payment in USD via Paypal invoicing and must be paid full upfront.- If the final quote exceeds 1000 USD, clients can choose to pay 50% up-front and 50% after the sketch step.- Payment must be made within 24hrs from the time when I sent the payment requirement message, otherwise it will be considered cancel.

Process and Communication

- Turnaround time can be arranged from 2 weeks up to 8 weeks depending on the type of commission and complexity. The schedule will be confirmed after discussing the workload.- The due date will be postponed for at least 1 day or more if the client does not respond for 24hrs+- Clients are able to revise the work 3 times in the following steps:
Coloured Sketch / Line art & Base colour / Rendering (finished).- Edits can be made free, multiple times in each step, but a fee must be paid for edits that require a lot of work late into the process
e.g. pose changes in the lineart / colouring stage- Requirements must be clear and detailed. Vague explanation will deliver unsatisfying output.

Copyright and License

- I retain the original copyright and ownership of all commissioned work, which includes but may not be limited to advertising and displaying the work on my websites, social media and portfolios according to my discretion.- Clients may not claim the work as their own or anyone else's.- Clients are granted exclusive rights for limited or full commercial use of the work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.
(limited commercial use - client can only monetize using the work in certain areas which will be discussed before commissioning and will be specified in the email)- Re-selling the commissioned work is strictly prohibited.
Commercial use includes usage on streams, broadcasts, merchandise and any monetized work.- Clients who bought streaming (limited commercial) license, can obtain the full commercial license by making an extra payment.- If one is caught for violating the copyright and license, they will be blacklisted.

Cancellation & Refunds

- Full refund request is only available when I failed to deliver the work within the discussed due date.- Once cancelled everything will be deleted permanently and the client cannot keep any image files sent.- I retain the right to stop working with and/or refund clients who are disrespectful.- The refund amount will depend on the amount of work completed; 50% of the progress done, 50% will be refunded- Refund will be done through PayPal and be refunded to the client, not to any other one's account.
The client must be aware that they may have to pay PayPal fees when receiving the refund which is liable to the client.

Reservation

- Please be prompt when making reservations.- The client must pay at least 10% of the final quote as a deposit to reserve a slot.
This will NOT be refunded when the client decides to cancel for any reason or ghost.- Clients can only change the reservation date 2 weeks (14 days) before the agreed reservation date. After that, change is not available.
The changed date must be within 14 days from the original reservation date.
Date change can be only made once.- The client must make 90% of the payment within 24hrs from the time when I sent the reminder message on the reservation date.
If the clients fail to make the payment within 24hrs the commission will be considered cancelled.
Clients can also pay the 90% before I send the reminder message.- The client must pay 100% to proceed a cancelled reservation commission. (cannot guarantee an early slot)- A client who failed twice to make the payment within time can only reserve a slot by making the payment 100% upfront.

Others

- Since I take commissions globally, we may face problems because we all have different backgrounds and cultures.
Especially, we might have different business manners which MUST NOT be insisted on one another.
Also if you are not fluent in English and you are using a translator to communicate, please let me know in advance to avoid any misunderstanding.- Requests such as "please mimic/trace something" or similar can be denied due to copyright issues.- Please do not talk about anything personal, especially TMIs without context.
A friendly attitude is appreciated but please do not go outside the business relationship.
This also applies to how the client addresses me. Please call me "SPark" and not in any other way.

Dos and Don'ts

If I find that the terms are violated, the one who committed the violation will be blacklisted,
and won’t be worked with in the futureI am not liable for any false information given
Be honest and responsible customers, please make an order only if you are able to pay on your own ability
(have your own Paypal account/credit card and do not use someone else's especially parents' if they're not aware and have not consented)Chargebacks due to irresponsibility will automatically result in a permanent blacklist.
If you are a minor, have a consenting adult make the purchase. The payer will be held responsible for any chargebacks and refunds
